I am curious as to what brand carries the best electronic cigarette starter kits? I heard Prado, Green Smoke, Joye510, and Safe Cig offer the highest-quality is this true? How much money should I be spending?

It all depends on your budget and what level quality you want to buy. I have tried green cig and safe cig but haven’t tried green smoke or joye510 but from what i hear they are all popular brands.
